Shipping and Return Policies

Returns & Exchanges 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy have you send back any unworn, unwashed merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to discuss. All items that are returned must have their original tags and packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the item at mail@shopseesun.com. All orders must be shipped back insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Upon return we will contact once we have received the item.

Shipping
All online orders are shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. All orders are processed and shipped from San Francisco, CA.

We will ship within 5 - 8 days of ordering. If it is going to be longer than that, we will contact you to let you know. That said, usually we do all of our processing and packing of orders on every Monday of every week.

We will not be insuring the items for shipping. BUT if you would like insurance, please contact us to arrange. We are not responsible for an order that wasn't additionally insured.

** All shipments will be made in an envelope that is made from 100% recycled content and is fully recyclable and naturally degradable OR a paper box**

International Orders (outside of the US):
We will be shipping International orders Priority Mail International via the US Postal Service. Please be aware of your country's postal service and keep in mind packages at customs take anywhere from a week to 3 months to go through, so we cannot guarantee a delivery date. However, most international customers receive their orders within 2 weeks after it has been shipped out. Please be aware your country may charge tax and duties, and SEE SUN is not responsible for the taxes that your country may charge you.
